What is the Ethical Channel and why is it important?

The Ethical Channel is a vital tool that allows all stakeholders to communicate any concerns related to inappropriate behaviors or irregularities in a secure and confidential manner. We believe that this channel plays a crucial role in strengthening our culture of ethics and transparency, ensuring that we can address and correct any issues in a timely and effective manner.

What types of issues can be reported here?

Through this channel, a wide variety of issues can be reported, such as ethical violations, conflicts of interest, harassment, fraud, embezzlement, among others.

Confidentiality and Whistleblower Protection

We understand the importance of confidentiality in this process. All complaints will be treated with the utmost discretion, and measures will be taken to protect those who report from unfair retaliation. Consulmar is committed to investigating each complaint impartially and addressing any issues in a fair and effective manner.
